INDUCTION HEATING CLAMP COIL

From 4 '' to 68 '' NIT designs and manufactures clamp coils. Automatic or manual open/close system

NIT designs and manufactures induction heating clamp coil from 4 inches to 68 inches. Made it with FR4 (fireproof) fiberglass, the coil is characterized by the simplicity of the opening and closing system. The design is in absolute collaboration with the customer. Each clamp and ring coil is tested in order to work at the maximum capacity. The target of each coil that we produce is to be light, manageable and with small size in order to make it easy the use and be functional, specially on oil and gas sites.
Every single coil is tested to be able to operate at his maximum capacity in relation to the generator/inverter which it will be connected.
N.I.T has a software capable of calculating the correct ratio of the windings to be applied on the clamp coil.
The ultimate goal, of every clamp coil that we produce, is to be light, manageable and versatile.
We make sure that every single clamp can obtain the maximum of his capacities regardless of the generator/inverter to which it is connected in case there are companies with different inverters or generators for induction heating.
For small coils, thanks to the very light weight, it is possible to limit the use of the crain.
