 A magnetized surface occurs in most of cases when processes of smoothing, mechanical cutting, preparation of the bead
with relative removal of shavings are carried out.
To carry out a quality weld, it is recommended to demagnetize the surface after a specific process.
The Magneto demag performs the demagnetization function automatically thank to the integrated software and a easy operator menù.

In the case of very long surfaces , with significant thicknesses and highly magnetized, it may happen that the magnetization of the
material occurs again causing problems during the welding operations.
To avoid this situation, the Magneto demagnetizer has an advanced technology which generates a magnetic counter-field during the welding process in complete autonomy and without requering operator intervention.
Magneto demag is sold complete with probe for detecting the magnetic field.
